Who can attend the Mini-THON® Leadership Summit?
- The 2021-22 Mini-THON leadership team from participating Four Diamonds Mini-THON schools
- Prospective students and advisors interested in hosting their first Four Diamonds Mini-THON during the 2021-22 school year

Required for all participants under the age of 18.
In order to participate in the Virtual 2021 Mini-THON Leadership Summit, all participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian complete the following consent form
