School Spotlight: Roxbury High School

The Goals:

  1. To stop reinventing the wheel,
  2. Strengthen Mini-THON® structure,
  3. Create year to year efficiency.

How did Roxbury do this?

They spent the summer creating a 30 page document that organizes their Mini-THON and categorizes countless forms into one major document that will guide Mini-THON and fundraising preparation and serve as a model for all future Mini-THON events. Roxbury's Mini-THON Committee Timeline is a timeline for the Mini-THON year by month and by committee. The intention is to give new advisors and students leaders a focus and structure. Feel free to make a copy and use and adapt for your school. Also, be sure to check out their Roxbury Mini-THON History for a great example for their Mini-THON history. This one page document is a great way to show the amazing work Roxbury has done to help conquer childhood cancer!
